The Importance of Classroom Layout:

The spatial arrangement of classrooms have an enormous impact on the success of a lesson because of how it can control the interactions that occur. Depending on what type of lesson you wish to deliver, the spatial arrangement of the tables can help to control the communication between the students and the teacher and keeps the focus exactly where you want it. A good table arrangement can help you to control who talks to whom, when, where, for how long, and about what. It is up to you, the teacher, to decide what layout will suit your particular class.
